The Chairmen of the Chichester Harbour Trust and Chichester Harbour Conservancy have jointly replied to Chichester District Council in a piece in the Chichester Observer, on 10th December arguing that it is vital to hold fire on the Local Plan due to the exceptional circumstances facing the District.
